The buoy is made by rotating molding, uv-resistant polyethylene material with a polystyrene foam inside and reinforced with a stainless steel structure. 
The required color pigments should be injected into the polyethylene material before shaping.This will extend the life of the colors on the surface of the buoy and will not require painting. 
Polyethylene buoys have great potential to replace traditional steel buoys in this modern navigation area.
