Detailed introduction

The high-pressure load-bearing lifting airbags are widely used in ship loading and unloading. They have the advantages of time-saving, labor-saving, time-saving, investment saving, flexibility, safety and reliability in handling, salvaging sunken ship caissons, and grounding rescue of large heavy objects. The use of airbags for ship loading and launching has overcome the constraints and impacts of traditional processes such as skateboard slides on the ship repair capacity of small and medium-sized shipyards in the past. After years of practical experience and accumulation, our company has developed a quite mature process and is the first in the industry to develop a mixed process of wrapping, which improves the sealing performance and strength of the airbag. The product has been widely used and consistently praised by customers worldwide.

Precautions for airbag use

1. Strictly control the usage pressure and do not exceed the safe usage pressure.
2. The surface in contact with the airbag must not have sharp protruding hard objects to prevent puncturing the airbag surface.
3. Try to avoid twisting the length direction of the airbag.
4. Before reusing the airbag after long-term use or repair, an empty inflation test should be conducted. The inflation pressure should be the same as the factory's factory test pressure. During the test, inspectors should stay at least 3 meters away from the airbag. The use pressure of airbags repaired after extensive damage should be appropriately reduced. In addition, frequently used airbags should undergo the above inspection once a year.

Quality assurance

The product meets the quality requirements of CB/T3795-1996 "Airbags for Ship Drainage and Launching".
Comply with ISO14409 quality standards.
Under the conditions of transportation, storage, and use that meet the regulations, if there are quality issues with the airbag within two years, it is guaranteed to be returned, replaced, and repaired for free.

Airbag storage

1. If the airbag is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled with talcum powder inside and outside, and placed indoors in a dry, cool, and ventilated environment.
2. The storage area for airbags should be kept away from heat sources.
3. The airbag should not come into contact with acids, alkalis, fats, and organic solvents.
4. When the airbag is not in use, it should be stretched out and placed flat, and should not be stacked, nor should heavy objects be piled on the airbag.
