The controllable propeller can be configured into various forms such as single-engine single-propeller, twin-engine double-propeller and twin-engine parallel car according to the type of shafting. The product has high reliability and structure through hydrodynamic calculation, structural design analysis, and material optimization. Simple and easy to maintain. In addition, the controllable propeller system can be configured with multiple types of PTO through the transmission device to drive one or more loads (shaft generators, etc.) to meet the supporting requirements of different ship types and functions.

1. Tailor-made design: Since each ship search has a different line type, our engineers based on the latest hydrodynamic theory and calculation method of tank test results, design the most matching propeller for each ship according to the actual wake field , To ensure the best propeller efficiency while minimizing vibration and noise.
2. Serialization: Use finite element design tools to analyze and optimize the blade and hub mechanism. Three series of controllable propeller hubs have been developed and designed to meet different ship types, and the maximum diameter of the hub can reach 2 meters.
3. Low pressure stability: Through continuous optimization and improvement of the structure of the controllable pitch propeller, the controllable pitch propeller system produces a lower working oil pressure, which improves the stability and reliability of the blades when adjusting the pitch.
4. Convenient integration: The PLC-based controllable propeller control system has high flexibility and redundancy, and improves convenient visualization and system settings. Users can choose the joystick/DP system according to their needs.
5. The geometry of the blade section: Cooperate with Marin to optimize it, which can effectively reduce cavitation and improve propulsion efficiency.
6. OD box (oil distributor): installed at the front end of the gear box for easy installation, testing and maintenance.
7. Unique security design: In the event of a hydraulic failure, the pitch can be locked in the original position in both the reverse and forward positions.
8. Realize the integration of CPP and gearbox hydraulic system: save installation space and reduce installation cost.
